Bio Sculpture Client Record Cards - 25

For all Bio Sculpture treatments, the Client Record Cards are essential for recording relevant client information and their medical history.  The back of the A5 card is used for recording the details of the treatment that has been carried out and the products used. Best practice is that both the technician and clients should sign and date the card.
